CND CoolBlue

CND CoolBlue is a refreshing, water-free cleanser that leaves skin soft and smooth, not sticky. Cleanses skin and prevents transmission of germs. Alcohol (Ethyl): Solvent used to dissolve or blend together ingredients. It is also used as an antiseptic and astringent. As alcohol evaporates, it slightly cools the skin. Isopropyl Alcohol: Solvent used to blend all ingredients and serve as a skin antiseptic. Hydroxyethylcellulose: Product thickener.
